Evan Carter

Lieutenant Evan Carter is a dedicated officer with the Los Santos Police Department, currently serving in a leadership role with a focus on K9 operations and tactical response. Originally from Germany, Carter brings a disciplined and structured approach to policing, overseeing patrol units while actively participating in high-risk incidents and specialized deployments.

Before entering law enforcement, Carter served six years in the United States Air Force, reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant (E-5) as a loadmaster. Stationed at Ramstein Air Base, Kadena Air Base, and Eglin Air Force Base and all over the world, he developed strong expertise in logistics, coordination, and operating under pressure—skills that continue to define his leadership and effectiveness within LSPD.
