Terms of Service

By purchasing any product or service from the Wildcard Roleplay store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Goods

All products sold through the Wildcard Roleplay store are digital goods intended for use within the Wildcard Roleplay FiveM server. These items have no real-world monetary value outside of this platform and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

3. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our team will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Wildcard Roleplay services, including the FiveM server and Discord. If you experience an issue with a purchase, please reach out to us through our Discord support channels before taking any action with your bank or payment provider.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Wildcard Roleplay does not store your payment information. Any billing-related concerns should be directed to our support team.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the correct account is linked when making a purchase. Wildcard Roleplay is not responsible for items delivered to the wrong account due to user error.

6. In-Game Rules

Purchased items are subject to in-game rules and server guidelines. Misuse of purchased items in violation of server rules may result in removal of those items without a refund.

7. Product Changes

Wildcard Roleplay reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any digital product at any time for balancing, technical, or administrative reasons. This includes changes to in-game items, perks, or features associated with store purchases.

8. Server Downtime

Wildcard Roleplay is not responsible for any loss of access to purchased items due to server downtime, maintenance, or unexpected outages. We will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible.

9. Abuse & Exploitation

Any attempt to exploit the store system, duplicate items, or abuse promotional codes will result in account suspension and forfeiture of purchased items without refund.

10. Support

For any questions or issues regarding purchases, please contact us through our Discord server. Our support team will do their best to assist you in a timely manner.

11. Limitation of Liability

Wildcard Roleplay and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use purchased digital goods.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. Wildcard Roleplay reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
